Plain Pizza Crust

2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water

Mix well. Press into pizza pan with fingers. Add sauce and toppings as desired. Bake at 425


2 cups flour
Pinch of salt
1 egg
2 teaspoons shortening
Water for consistency

Mix and roll into strips. Pinch off and drop into liquid.

Italian Beef

1 package au jus, add extra cup of water
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Dash of oregno
3 1/2 pounds roast beef
1 large sliced green pepper

Follow directions on au jus. Add extra cup of water. Add extra cup of water. Add garlic and oregano. After water starts to boil, turn down; drop beef in until warm. Add sliced green peppers. Cover.

Easy Minute Steak

6 minute steaks
4 beef bouillon cubes (dissolved in water)
1 package onion soup mix

Brown minute steak in large skillet. Drain and pat off fat. Return to skillet and add beef bouillon, onion soup mix and enough water to cover steak. Simmer for 45 minutes. Servings: 4 to 6. Preoaration Time: 5 minutes

Chicken With Rice

8 chicken breasts
1 pacage dry onion soup
8 ounces, apricot preserves
8 ounces Thousand Island salad dressing
1 can mushroom soup

Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken, Mix Thousand Island and soup and pour over chicken. Spread preserves over this. Bake about 1 hour at 350. Serve over rice.

Rotel Potatoes

6 Red Potatoes
1 pount Velveeta
1 stick butter
1 can Ro-tel

Boil potatoes until donw. Drain and let cool. Slice and place in 9x13 inch baking dish. Melt cheese, butter, and Ro-tel together. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.

Corn Casserole

1 stick butter or margarine
1 (15 ounce) can cream style corn
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 egg, beaten
8 ounce sour cream
Salt and Pepperm, to taste
1 (9 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Melt butter in casserole dish. Combine all ingredients, mixing directly om casserolo dish. Bake at 350, uncovered, 1 hour or until top is firm in appearance, Can make ahead and freeze. Servings: 6 to 8.
